The 9th ICA-Africa Ministerial Conference came to a close on 24th October 2009. In the plenary session held on Friday 23rd October 2009 the conference deliberated on the key issues which will guide the development of the co-operative movement and arrived at some recommendations. They resolved that the next ICA-Africa Regional Assembly will be held in 2nd half year 2010, in Maseru the capital of Lesotho.
